Check-Out / Front Desk Team Member — Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented front desk team member to join our practice, primarily responsible for checking patients out, with secondary responsibilities supporting the phones, scheduling, and treatment plans. You'll work closely alongside our treatment coordinator, serving as backup for one another so patients are handed off smoothly between checkout and treatment planning. What You'll Be Doing Checking patients out as the primary responsibility, ensuring accuracy every step of the way. Answering phones and assisting with appointment scheduling. Supporting treatment plan presentation and communication. Partnering closely with the treatment coordinator, covering for each other as needed What We're Looking For Bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English required, including comfort with dental terminology in both languages, this is a non-negotiable requirement At least one year of experience in a dental front desk role (experience in other areas of dental is welcome too) Enough dental knowledge to confidently present treatment and answer patient questions Strong phone and communication skills Experience with Open Dental is a plus, but not required Some treatment coordinating and/or insurance experience preferred Most importantly, a great fit with our team If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
