Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Hygiene/ Treatment Coordinator to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience by coordinating treatment plans and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. This position requires a strong background in patient service, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with dental terminology. •

Duties Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with dental professionals to ensure optimal care. Schedule appointments efficiently while managing the clinic's calendar to maximize patient flow. Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and insurance benefits, including Medicare. Maintain accurate patient records and files, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly. Utilize medical scheduling software, such as Eagle Soft, to manage appointments and follow-ups. Support the dental team in administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a positive clinic environment. We prefer dental experience as long as candidate has been in dental field more than 1 year . We like consistency and resumes with more than 1 year duration in previous jobs .
