Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with greeting, scheduling, recare, and other front desk duties Understand and navigate patients' dental insurance Collect and document patients' charges and payments Prepare treatment plans for patients and lead patient consultations Strive to provide excellent customer service throughout the organization Build patient relationships based on trust and empathy Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires multitasking Be willing and able to step into various roles and wear different hats

Position Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow with close attention to detail Ability to work independently Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities at all levels Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to approach constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
