Job Title:
Chiropractor Assistant As a Chiropractor Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience and supporting the chiropractic team in delivering exceptional care. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help patients navigate their journey to wellness, focusing on pain management and overall health improvement. You will assist with various clinical tasks, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and effective treatment plans. What you'll do Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and relay messages accurately Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced clinical setting Schedule appointments Prepare treatment rooms and assist the chiropractor during therapies Escort patients to exam areas Document patient medical records Monitor inventory and restock supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas Participate in staff meetings and training sessions Uphold clinic policies and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment We are seeking a candidate who is flexible and available to work during all office hours. The successful candidate must be able to accommodate the following schedule:
Office Hours Monday & Wednesday:
8:30 AM - 7:30
PM Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:
7:45 AM - 5:30 PM Flexibility to work within these hours as needed is required.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Experience:
EHR systems: 1 year (Required) Medical scheduling: 1 year (Required)
Chiropractic Assistant :
1 year (Preferred) Medical office: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Required)
