$105,000 - $110,000 Job Description & Requirements We are a respected and well-established, integrated rehabilitation clinic in Columbia, Maryland, and we're seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join our busy and collaborative team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $110,000. We've proudly served our community for over three decades and continue to experience steady growth, averaging 80-100 new patients per month. You'll work a structured schedule totaling approximately 31-40 hours per week, with a mix of full and half days Monday through Friday and no Sundays. Expected patient volume ranges from 150-200 adjustments per week. Our doctors typically spend 3-5 minutes with each patient, supported by a highly trained staff and an established, efficient patient flow system.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Conduct patient consultations and comprehensive examinations Take, review, and interpret X-rays Present Reports of Findings and care recommendations Perform chiropractic adjustments and re-examinations Provide active and passive therapy and rehabilitation services Deliver exercise instruction and corrective care guidance Offer nutrition and supplementation recommendations Collaborate within our integrated, team-based care model Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and seminars We operate under an individual-doctor model within a collaborative clinic environment, allowing you to maintain autonomy while benefiting from shared resources and a strong team culture. Ongoing professional development through seminars and training is encouraged. You must hold (or be eligible for) a Maryland chiropractic license. New graduates and out-of-state candidates are welcome, and training is provided.
