Part-Time Chiropractic Office Assistant Evergreen Family Chiropractic — Salem, OR $17/hour | Part-time | Approximately 27 hours/week We're looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our small chiropractic office as a part-time Office Assistant . This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a positive healthcare environment.
Schedule:
Monday:
8:00 AM-6:00
PM Wednesday:
8:00 AM-6:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM-3:00 PM No previous chiropractic or medical-office experience is required. We will train the right person. What you'll do You'll help keep the office running smoothly, including: Greeting patients and providing friendly customer service Answering phones and scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out Processing payments Keeping patient information organized Helping with basic office paperwork and computer tasks Keeping the reception area clean and welcoming Communicating with patients throughout their visits Helping the doctor and team with day-to-day office needs We're looking for someone who is Dependable and punctual Friendly and comfortable talking with people Organized and able to stay productive without constant supervision Comfortable learning new computer systems Professional and respectful Willing to learn Looking for a position they can stay in for at least a year
Pay:
