Healthcare Professionals accepted) Chiropractor - Chiropractor Salem OR Up to $150K + Bonus | Monday-Friday | New Grads Welcome Join a thriving, patient-focused chiropractic practice in Salem, OR that has been serving the community for over 8 years. We're seeking a licensed Chiropractor who is passionate about helping patients improve their health through hands-on care. Whether you're an experienced doctor or a recent graduate eager to learn, we provide mentorship, a supportive team, and opportunities for long-term professional growth. What You'll Do- Perform chiropractic evaluations, adjustments, and personalized treatment plans (Manual Therapy, Rehab exercises, and corrective care)
- Review patient histories, X-rays, and progress to deliver high-quality care.
- Educate patients on posture, stretching, rehabilitation exercises, and home care.
- Complete accurate daily documentation and chart notes.
- Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Work closely with chiropractic assistants and massage therapists to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, individualized care.
- Follow clinic protocols while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and continuing professional development. Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000-$150,000 annual salary
