Chiropractor Salem OR Full-Time | $85k-$130k+ | Bonus Potential | Established Multi-Disciplinary Practice We are seeking a highly motivated Chiropractor to join our thriving practice full-time in Salem, Oregon. This is an outstanding opportunity for a doctor who is eager to learn, values teamwork, and wants to make a meaningful impact helping patients recover and regain quality of life. Join a respected medically integrated personal injury practice where you will collaborate with Chiropractors, Nurse Practitioners, and Naturopathic Doctors in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Our established practice has proudly served the community for 40 years and continues to grow through excellent patient outcomes and referrals. We provide comprehensive care for patients recovering from injuries using chiropractic, rehabilitation, and integrated medical services. Compensation & Benefits $85,000-$130,000+ (base + bonuses) 401(k) with match plus Pension plan available Paid sick time and Health benefits potential Long-term growth opportunity Schedule Full time Responsibilities Perform new patient consultations and comprehensive exams Take and review X-rays Diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans Deliver chiropractic adjustments using multiple techniques (Diversified, manual, activator, drop table) Perform re-exams and progress evaluations Apply therapies and modalities for injury recovery Educate patients healing, injuries, and different treatment plans/options Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises Maintain timely and accurate documentation Collaborate closely with providers and team members for coordinated care Build strong patient relationships and support retention Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic degree (DC) Active Oregon Chiropractic license or ability to obtain Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary medical setting Public speaking/community education is a plus If you are looking for a practice with mentorship, strong systems, team support, and real earning potential, this is an excellent opportunity to build a successful long-term career.
