In this vital role, you will work closely with chiropractors and healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care, assist with clinical procedures, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all patients. Responsibilities Coordination patient scheduling and managing daily appointments Assisting patients with therapies and in-office treatment support Working closely with the chiropractor to ensure smooth patient flow Taking patients back to treatment rooms, completing patient exams and patient intake Stocking exam rooms between appointments and sanitize treatment/therapy rooms Assisting with end of day and end of both month tasks Office cleaning Filing patient folders Becoming a trained chiropractic assistant (on-the-job training provided) Experience Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient assessment techniques enhances your effectiveness in this role. Proficiency in using medical software systems for scheduling and record keeping is preferred Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism while providing excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment.
