Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and musculoskeletal diagnostics, to identify underlying issues. Perform manual therapy techniques such as chiropractic diversified technique, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based interventions to alleviate pain and improve function. Develop personalized care plans incorporating patient education, rehabilitation exercises, and pain management strategies. Utilize EMR/EHR systems to document patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately. Monitor patient progress through ongoing observation of symptoms like acute pain and biomechanical dysfunctions, adjusting treatment approaches accordingly. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on occupational health initiatives and primary care services to ensure holistic patient management. Educate patients on anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and self-care practices to promote long-term wellness. Requirements Valid chiropractic license or current enrollment in a recognized chiropractic program with eligibility for licensure. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and the musculoskeletal system. Experience with physical assessments, physical examinations, and musculoskeletal diagnostics. Proficiency in healthcare diagnosis, pain medicine, manual therapy techniques, and trigger point therapy. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient interactions. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly. Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based practice principles and patient treatment planning. Ability to perform physical assessments and physical examinations effectively in a fast-paced environment.
