We are looking for a candidate with solid MDS expertise. The ideal applicant will have strong knowledge of MDS, RAI, and Clinical Reimbursement. Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus. Key Responsibilities Organize, schedule, and complete MDS assessments Manage admission authorizations, updates, and communication with families, insurers, and case managers Apply ICD‑10 coding for admissions and maintain updates for the long‑term care population Contribute to care plan development, revisions, and reviews Engage with families and residents on care plans, insurance matters, and discharge planning; participate in care conferences Provide education to the interdisciplinary team on MDS requirements, assessments, and skilled care services Lead Utilization Review meetings and ensure PDPM scores and rates are accurate Support staff and IDT in maintaining proper documentation Participate in facility Quality Measures and QAPI initiatives Conduct chart audits and reviews as needed Assist the team during survey processes Qualifications Active RN license in Pennsylvania Minimum of 3 years' MDS experience preferred Strong knowledge of ICD‑10 coding, Medicare Chapter 8 Manual, and RAI Manual Excellent organizational skills Experience with Excel, Teams, or Zoom preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement

$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
