Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Active state licensure or certification as a school social worker Background working with K-12 populations in educational settings Experience conducting small group and one-on-one interventions Strong communication, advocacy, and case management abilities Ability to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct social work services, both individually and in small groups, for students in grades K-12 Address social, emotional, and behavioral needs to help students achieve their fullest potential Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop and implement support plans Maintain accurate student records and thorough documentation in compliance with district and ethical standards Consult with families, providing resources, guidance, and strategies to support student well-being
