Oversee the clinical operations of private duty home care and licensed residential care homes, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Collaborate with families and referral partners to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Foster a culture of accountability and consistency, encouraging team members to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities. Provide mentorship and guidance to caregivers, supporting their professional development and enhancing their clinical skills. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, keeping our practices aligned with industry best practices. Monitor and evaluate client care outcomes, using data-driven insights to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in leading and managing clinical teams, with a focus on fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Ability to develop and implement personalized care plans, collaborating effectively with families and referral partners. Proven track record of maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards. Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve client care outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to mentor and support caregivers in their professional development.
