Our Full-Time Clinician I position is designed for provisionally licensed clinicians who want to build a strong foundation for a meaningful career in outpatient mental health. You'll develop your clinical skills, gain experience with a diverse caseload, and begin finding your own therapeutic style while surrounded by experienced clinicians who are invested in helping you grow. Participate actively in individual and group supervision, consultation, and professional development Develop confidence in clinical decision-making, documentation, treatment planning, and case conceptualization Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues when additional clinical support is needed Provide ethical, compassionate, evidence-based care while continuing to develop clinical skills Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related mental health field Current Connecticut associate license ( LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A ) or eligibility to obtain licensure before your start date Desire to learn, seek feedback, and grow through supervision and mentorship Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care Start Your Career Somewhere You Can Grow At Coastal Connecticut Counseling, we're a clinician-owned practice built on a simple belief: when clinicians feel supported, they are better able to support their clients.
