Requirements:

Must have a bachelor's degree in one of the following areas of study: Psychology Social Work Medicine Registered Nurse Rehabilitation Counseling Sociology Human Growth and Development Physician Assistant Gerontology Special Education Educational Psychology Early Childhood Candidates must have a passion for helping those within the community. Successful case managers must be able to handle case assignments, draft service plans, review case progress and determine case closure while helping clients achieve wellness and autonomy. Should also be able to communicate effectively with a diverse population of clients both orally and in writing, including the submission of written reports and documentation of pertinent information in a timely manner. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and be able to demonstrate patient centered values behaviors. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
