Job Description
Application Analyst II-Full Time

Education and Formal Training :
Associate degree or higher in health profession field with current professional licensure or certification (Radiology/Cardiology experience). On-call support is required for this position.Work Experience :
Minimum of three years clinical experience OR 1 to 2 years of information technology work experience in healthcare and withEpic Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :
Must take the Epic Sphinx exam and pass/qualify prior to being considered for this position. The Application Analyst II must demonstrate flexibility with respect to changing end-users needs. Ability to obtain Epic certification in required applications within 3 months of training. Required flight travel to Verona, Wisconsin. Must demonstrate flexibility with respect to changing end-user business needs. Must have the ability and willingness to see things in an open-minded way, examining ideas from all angles. Must communicate information clearly and concisely with project leadership and subject matter experts. Must be able to use a computer effectively, type and take good notes. Good organizational and planning skills are required. Must be able to manage and motivate people. Must be able to resolve problems and conflicts effectively. Must be able to think logically. Must have an even temperament and be able to work well with people. Must be tactful, diplomatic, patient, and objective. Must be able to work within strict time constraints and be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is preferred.Physical Requirements :
