Laboratory Facilities Supervisor Wilmington De 19803 Full Time - on-site The Lab Equipment/Facility Maintenance Technician is a position within the EHS and Facilities organization. This individual has overall responsibility for the maintenance, calibration and commissioning of site systems and equipment. The emphasis for the role is to ensure company has fully operational equipment, highest quality output of the equipment with minimal downtime enabling a more efficient production organization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support and Maintain a Safety Culture o Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times o Assist in the process of hazardous waste management.

Preparing accumulation area for transfer, including grounding, bonding, assisting operations with transfers following SOP. Planning and preparing drums for shipment. o Conduct safety inspections, audits, reviews and new equipment evaluations to ensure safe practices. o Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property and/or equipment.

• Routine Maintenance Activities o Serves as the point person on-call for emergencies and equipment downtime. o Responsible for sitewide corrective and preventative maintenance activities o Development and implementation of a site wide maintenance program
• Facility and production Maintenance and Repairs o Coordinates and conducts maintenance and repairs
• Trade lead o Support the organization with § a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems § a strong ability to troubleshoot various equipment and building systems § knowledgeable in the use of tools for building improvements and repairs as well as occasional fabrication and process improvement projects.

Functional Technical Skills:

• Proven maintenance experience . Niagra Software preferred.
• Workplace safety experience (lockout Tagout, electrical safety, OSHA)
• Manufacturing equipment maintenance experience
• Experience working with a computerized maintenance management system would be a positive. Education
• Mechanical engineering degree preferred.
