Required:
Active New Jersey RN License. BLS Five (5) years of experience in a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology lab setting, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols. Proven track record of driving innovation and improving clinical outcomes in high-volume cardiovascular settings.
Job Duties :
Lead and oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) Labs, ensuring efficient workflow, patient throughput, and high-quality care. Provide clinical and operational leadership to Cath Lab and EP staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management. Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and hospital leadership to coordinate safe, efficient, and exceptional patient care. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, clinical standards, safety protocols, and hospital policies. Drive quality improvement initiatives using clinical data, outcomes, benchmarking, and best practices to improve patient outcomes and staff engagement. Support advanced cardiovascular programs, including cardiogenic shock, structural heart, interventional cardiology, and electrophysiology services. Lead department growth and expansion, including resource planning, budget management, implementation of new technologies, and integration of additional procedure rooms.
