Flexible start time between 7:00 AM-9:00 AM Job Summary Morristown Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager - Cardiac Cath Lab to lead daily operations of its Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology (EP) Labs. This is an opportunity to provide clinical and operational leadership within a high-volume cardiovascular program, supporting advanced interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, structural heart, and cardiogenic shock services. Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Labs. Ensure efficient workflow, patient throughput, safety, and regulatory compliance. Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of Cath Lab and EP staff. Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and other departments to provide high-quality patient care. Develop and manage operating and capital budgets. Monitor quality initiatives, clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, benchmarking, and best practices. Partner with hospital leadership on strategic planning and service-line growth. Support advanced cardiovascular procedures and new technologies. Support cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs. Oversee the expansion and integration of new procedure rooms. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology (EP) Lab setting. At least 2 years of leadership experience. Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex operations. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience improving clinical outcomes in high-volume cardiovascular settings. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Current state RN license. Current BLS certification . Additional Experience Required The client is specifically seeking candidates with experience in: Complex medical centers or teaching institutions. Leading Cardiac Cath Labs. Structural Heart programs. High-volume Cath Lab environments with 4-5 or more labs . Critical Care / high-risk patient populations. 5+ years of management experience. Important Candidates should have substantial Cardiac Cath Lab/EP leadership and management experience , particularly in high-volume cardiovascular programs.

Pay:

$4,533.18 - $5,459.31 per week
