Day 8Hrs Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of Cardiac Cath and EP Labs. Manage workflow, patient throughput, and staffing. Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and hospital departments. Manage operating and capital budgets. Monitor quality, clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and best practices. Support cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs. Assist with expansion and integration of additional procedure rooms. Qualifications Active NJ License 5 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath or EP Lab setting. At least 2 years of leadership experience. Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and EP procedures, equipment, and protocols.

Pay:
