Required:

Active New Jersey RN License. BLS 5+ years of Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology experience 2+ years of leadership/management experience Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols. Experience in a high-volume cardiovascular setting.

Job Duties :

Lead daily operations of a high-volume Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab. Manage staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and overall department performance. Lead, coach, and develop Cath Lab and EP nursing and technical staff. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Oversee complex interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, structural heart, and high-risk procedures. Monitor quality, patient outcomes, safety, and regulatory compliance. Manage department resources, equipment, supplies, and operating budgets. Support cardiogenic shock, structural heart, and cardiovascular program expansion initiatives.
