    • Role Overview
    • As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic testing and quality control procedures while maintaining accuracy and compliance with all policies and regulatory standards.
    You will support moderate‑ to high‑complexity testing, prepare reagents, maintain laboratory systems and equipment, assist with training new personnel, and ensure high‑quality results that support patient care.
    • Key Responsibilities
    • + Perform diagnostic testing and quality control procedures + Prepare reagents and accurately report results per established policies + Perform and oversee moderate‑ to high‑complexity laboratory testing + Maintain laboratory computer applications and documentation + Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and supplies + Assist with training, orientation, and competency assessments of laboratory personnel + Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards + Support workflow, communication, and collaboration within the laboratory team + Perform other duties as assigned •Qualifications•Education•+ •
    Required:
    • Associate's degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific field +
    • Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • Certification & Licensure - Required
    • + State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
    • Experience
    • + Clinical laboratory experience required
