The hours are M-F, 8:30-5 and every 3rd Saturday. If you work on Saturday, you get a day off during the week. Must have a clean driving record and must be 21 of age The Vehicle Lot Porter verifies receipt of vehicles delivered to the dealer, compares serial numbers of incoming cars to the invoice, and inspects vehicles for damage. In addition, the Lot Attendant verifies accessories as listed on the invoice. He/she assigns stock control numbers to vehicles and catalogs/stores keys. The Lot Attendant shuttles vehicles following sales to maximize use of lot space and order. In short, the Lot Attendant "owns the lot" with regard to vehicle logistics. The ideal Lot Attendant has a high school diploma/GED, an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and a trustworthy demeanor and can drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Service vehicles with gas, oil, and water Performs maintenance on cars in storage in order to protect tires, batteries, and exteriors from deterioration Moves sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order Delivers sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department Performs other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS
