Travel Only (No local candidates within 50 miles) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist with strong Blood Bank experience for a 13-week travel assignment at Northside Hospital Gwinnett . This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced hospital laboratory and are committed to delivering accurate, high-quality patient testing. Responsibilities Perform Blood Bank testing, compatibility testing, and transfusion support. Conduct specimen testing and analysis according to laboratory standards. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments. Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory regulations. Accurately document and report test results. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to support patient care. Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent Blood Bank experience . Current certification from ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, or HHS (Required). Must be a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) . Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs) will not be considered. Hospital Blood Bank experience is required. Prior travel experience preferred. Clinical laboratory experience preferred.
Pay:
