Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Valid certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or AMT preferred) Previous experience working as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Ability to adapt quickly to new laboratory systems and protocols Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities:
Perform and analyze laboratory testing accurately and efficiently Operate and maintain complex laboratory instrumentation Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory standards and regulations Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Collaborate with medical staff to deliver precise and timely results Document findings, maintain patient records, and participate in proficiency testing
