Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. Looks for bacteria, parasites, and other microorganisms, tests for drug levels in the blood to show how a patient is responding to treatment.

Job Description

I'm hiring for a Med Tech in Michigan! The Med Tech performs various chemical, hematologic, serologic, immunohematologic, microscopic and microbiologic analyses to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease; receives or obtains specimens for laboratory analysis, then applies techniques used in the field of medical technology to those specimens; and strives for superior performance by consistently providing a product or service to leadership and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the patient and family experience; recognizes and demonstrates understanding of patient and family centered care.

College degree;
