Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM No weekends, holidays, or evening/night shifts

Responsibilities:

Perform a full range of laboratory tests as a Generalist, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards Analyze samples, interpret results, and communicate findings promptly with clinical staff Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, following established protocols Document and review quality control measures to support laboratory accreditation standards Collaborate in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment for superior patient outcomes

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Active certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) Minimum of Associate's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or related field (Bachelor's preferred) At least one year of recent experience in a generalist laboratory setting Familiarity with standard lab instruments and quality control protocols Must reside 50+ miles from the facility (no local applicants per guidelines) Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
