What You'll Need:

Active, unrestricted RN license Recent experience in CVOR nursing Proficiency in scrub and circulate roles specific to cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries Strong assessment, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities Competence with electronic health records and charting systems Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments and maintain attention to detail BLS and ACLS certification (current)

Responsibilities:
