Job Description

Complexity of Work:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
Required Work Experience:
Five (5) years of experience as a Technologist in a hospital environment.

Two (2) years' facilitating learning/professional development.
Other Information:
Department Specific Licensure Ultrasound:
RDMS in Ob and ultrasound as well as an additional certification in adult ECHO, vascular, or neuro.
Nuclear Medicine:
Registered Technologist Nuclear Medicine ARRT or
NMTCB. - MRI
Registered Technologist ARRT (RT, MR)
CT:
Registered Technologist ARRT (RT, CT).
Pediatric Specific:
Registered as a Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer in Pediatric Echo (RDCS-PE) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), or as a Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS) by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or Fetal Echocardiography Registry.
Additional Education Info:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medicine or Ultrasound program.
