This position is ideal for an experienced RDA who is confident working independently, takes pride in providing excellent patient care, and helps the clinical day run efficiently. We are open to full time-time and part-time candidates. Schedule Our office is open Monday

• Thursday and looking to open Fridays. 7:30am
• 4:30pm Compensation $33
• 36 per hour, depending on experience, clinical skills, and qualifications.

Qualifications Current California RDA license in good standing Minimum of 6+ years of dental assisting experience Strong chairside assisting skills Experience with restorative dentistry, crown and bridge procedures, impressions or digital scanning, temporary crowns, and sterilization Current infection-control, dental-practice-act, CPR, and radiology certifications Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfortable anticipating the dentist's needs and keeping procedures on schedule Reliable, professional, punctual, and able to work independently Friendly and reassuring with patients Eaglesoft experience is a plus Responsibilities Provide skilled chairside assistance during general and restorative dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Take diagnostic-quality digital X-rays Take impressions or digital scans and fabricate temporary restorations Follow all infection-control and sterilization protocols Maintain accurate clinical records Monitor supplies and help keep the clinical area organized Clearly explain procedures and postoperative instructions to patients Work collaboratively with the dentist, hygienists, and administrative team We have a friendly, professional office and value excellent patient care, teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
