Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Auburn & Grass Valley, CA $23.00 - $35.55 per hour (DOE) On Call | Weekly Pay | Great Benefits Join a compassionate dental team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to the community. Nextaff is hiring Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) who take pride in providing a welcoming, high-quality patient experience.
Pay Rates:
RDA I (1-4 yrs): $24.55-$28.35/hr RDA II (5-9 yrs): $27.35-$31.75/hr RDA III (10+ yrs): $30.50-$35.55/hr Key Responsibilities Prepare patients and operatories for treatment, ensuring comfort and a welcoming experience ("Red Carpet Method") Assist with a variety of dental procedures, including endodontics, oral surgery, pedodontics, prosthodontics, and restorative care Take dental impressions, pour and trim models, and create bleach trays or night guards Collaborate closely with Dentists, Hygienists, and Sterilization Technicians to deliver exceptional patient care Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environmentRequirements:
