Job Description

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is comfortable with all aspects of dentistry, including cosmetic, prosthodontic, surgical, orthodontic, periodontal, and endodontic procedures. This is a great position for an experienced RDA who enjoys providing excellent patient care, working as part of a team, and using modern dental technology. Front-office experience is a plus. Responsibilities Clinical / RDA Duties Assist the dentist during cosmetic, prosthodontic, surgical, orthodontic, periodontal, endodontic, and general dental procedures Take digital X-rays and CT scans Use dental technology, including intraoral scanners such as iTero Set up and break down operatories Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards Take impressions and digital scans when needed Review post-op instructions with patients Help maintain an organized and efficient clinical schedule Perform all duties permitted under an active California RDA license Qualifications Active California RDA license Previous dental assisting experience required Experience assisting with cosmetic, prosthodontic, surgical, orthodontic, periodontal, and endodontic procedures Comfortable using dental software and practice-management systems Experience with iTero, digital X-rays, and CT scanning technology Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly, dependable, professional, and team-oriented Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office Front-office dental experience is a plus Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced RDA who is confident and comfortable in all aspects of dentistry, takes initiative, communicates well with patients and coworkers, and is willing to help wherever needed. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about modern dental technology, including dental software, iTero, and CT scanning, and is committed to providing excellent patient care. Front-office experience is a plus, especially experience with scheduling, patient communication, insurance, or other administrative responsibilities. Part-time Pay:

Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Are you comfortable using an intraoral scanner, such as iTero? Are you comfortable fabricating and adjusting temporary crowns? Are you comfortable assisting with surgical procedures, including extractions, bone grafts, and implant procedures? Are you comfortable assisting with orthodontic procedures, including Invisalign?
