In this vital role, you will assist the dentist during procedures, ensure clinical operations run smoothly, and uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient confidentiality. Duties Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and organizing dental instruments and equipment in accordance with dental sterilization procedures and infection prevention management policies. Assist the dentist during general dentistry procedures by providing chairside support and managing dental instruments efficiently. Take digital dental X-rays ensuring proper patient positioning and safety protocols. Perform Coronal polishing Manage patient records accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Educate patients on oral health practices, post-treatment care, and preventive measures while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies. Support administrative tasks including patient management, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries as a dental receptionist, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Qualifications New or has experience working as a Dental Assistant in a busy dental clinic environment with familiarity in general dentistry procedures. Willing to train the right candidate Skilled in dental instrument processing, sterilization techniques, aseptic technique, and infection control standards Demonstrated ability to perform dental X-rays accurately while adhering to safety protocols; Must have Xray Certification Must have coronal polishing certificate Must be a team-player and reliable
