Positions and Qualifications Dental Assistant II — $23-$27/hour 2-4 years of dental assisting experience. Current California Dental Radiation Safety (X-Ray) Certificate. Ability to provide chairside assistance during general and more complex dental procedures while anticipating provider needs. Strong skills in patient preparation, dental X-rays, sterilization, room turnover, and clinical documentation. Registered Dental Assistant — $29-$32/hour 3-6 years of dental assisting experience. Active California Registered Dental Assistant license. Current California Dental Radiation Safety (X-Ray) Certificate. Required training and certifications for assigned clinical duties. Ability to support more complex procedures, coordinate clinical flow, and train and onboard dental assistants. What You'll Do Chairside Assistance and Clinical Support Assist dentists during procedures, anticipating provider needs and supporting suction, isolation, instrument transfer, and material preparation. Take diagnostic-quality dental X-rays within permitted scope and ensure images are properly captured and documented. Enter dentist-directed treatment plans and required clinical information accurately in Open Dental. Support intraoral scanning, impressions, clinical photography, and other procedures within permitted scope. Review patient charts, medical histories, treatment needs, and required clinical information before seating patients. Patient Experience and Office Flow Prepare operatories, instruments, materials, and procedure setups before each patient. Seat and prepare patients, answer questions within your role, and help create a comfortable, welcoming experience. Provide warm towels and assist with new patient tours. Support patient check-in, escort patients to operatories, and answer phones within two rings when the front office needs assistance. Turn over and disinfect operatories promptly to support efficient patient flow and provider schedules. Prepare rooms for the next day and mark preparation status on the schedule. Sterilization, Labs, Supplies, and Cleanliness Sterilize instruments and keep cassettes organized. Track lab cases and confirm they are available for scheduled appointments. Monitor supplies, order through Dentira as needed, and keep extra supplies organized. Identify and communicate supply shortages, equipment issues, and clinical-flow concerns promptly. Keep operatories, check-in and check-out areas, floors, lights, and doors clean and organized. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly back-office housekeeping. Teamwork and Leadership Help coordinate patient, room, and instrument flow to keep providers on schedule. Support productive schedules, arrive on time, and assist the team through closing. Welcome feedback and continue developing your clinical and teamwork skills. Train and support Dental Assistant I and Sterilization Technician team members on clinical workflows, room turnover, sterilization, and Company standards. Recommend new patients to our offices and refer potential team members to recruiting. Volunteer for our events, social work, and marketing efforts. Additional Senior RDA Responsibilities Perform coronal polishing, pit and fissure sealants, topical fluoride, temporary restoration procedures, matrix placement and removal, excess cement removal, and authorized orthodontic functions only as permitted by your credentials, completed training, and required dentist supervision. Take greater ownership of clinical flow by anticipating schedule needs and addressing issues before they disrupt patient care. Serve as a senior clinical-support resource for dental assistants and sterilization team members. Train and onboard

II, and RDA I team members on back-office workflows. Help onboard new dentists and assistants into Clove's clinical workflows and standards.
