Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and dedicated DentalAssistant to join our team at our patient-focused dental clinic. The successful candidate will work closely with our dentists and clinical team to support the delivery of high-quality dental care.
Duties:
  • Assist dentist during patient treatments, including preparing and maintaining dental equipment and instruments.
  • Maintain infection control and aseptic technique throughout the clinic.
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
  • Provide patients with pre
  • and post-operative instructions and answer any questions they may have.
  • Take X-ray images with patients and maintain proper X-ray safety protocols.
  • Participate in four-handed dentistry by assisting the dentist during procedures.
  • Utilize medical and dental terminology to effectively communicate with patients and the dental team.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a dental assisting program or equivalent experience. Certification as a dental assistant.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and medical terminology.
  • Experience working in a dental clinic with proficiency in infection control and aseptic technique.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with patients and the dental team.
  • Mandarin speaker preferred.
