Job Description
We are a busy pediatric dental office looking for an RDA/DA to join our team! We are also willing to train someone interested in becoming a dental assistant. We are seeking a responsible, friendly, professional individual to help provide exceptional dental care to Marin County. Job duties include
- Taking digital x-rays
- coronal polishing
- Opertory turnover/sterilization
- Coronal polishing
- Assisting the Doctors with needed procedures
- Upkeep of a clean, efficient, positive workspace
- Ensuring smooth operation of the back office
- Charting/Documentation Ideal applicant will have the following attributes:
- Efficient fast learner
- Team Player
- Bring a positive attitude
- Good communication skills with patients/colleagues
- Organized and able to multitask
- Willingness to grow and learn while taking on additional tasks (answering phones if needed/scheduling) We are willing to train the right candidate if there is no pediatric dental experience, or are a newly licensed
