Full-Time Join Our Team! We are a growing private dental practice in South San Francisco looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team! We're looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, works well with others, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient. What You'll Do Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by California regulations Assist with sterilization and infection-control procedures Prepare instruments and materials for treatment Provide patients with friendly and professional chairside support Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Support the dental team with daily office and clinical duties Help ensure patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit What We're Looking For Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Dental assisting experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow with the practice Schedule Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Enjoy a consistent 4-day workweek with Fridays and weekends off!
