The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing simple administrative tasks. This is a hybrid front/back position. As our practice grows we can discuss adjustments in job description. Duties Greet patients warmly and check them in for their appointments. Manage phone systems to answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries. Utilize dental office management software such as OPENDENTAL and FLEX scheduling and record-keeping. Sterilization Dental Assisting Skills Familiarity with Opendental and Flex or similar medical office systems is preferred. Able to take FMX and pano radiographs Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus. Understand sterilization protocol Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and schedules. Proficient in dental assisting for procedures like but not limited to restorative, oral surgery, and endo. Willing to train. Familiar with scanner is a bonus. A friendly demeanor and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
