Dr. Schellinck is one of the only Board Certified Orthodontists in Walnut Creek and takes great pride in the quality of his work. We are a small, boutique-style practice that goes above and beyond for our patients.
Job Duties:
Prepare exam room & patient chairs, sterilize instruments & ensure necessary equipment is ready for the doctor. Patient care including but not limited to braces adjustments, patient record taking (x-rays, photos, digital scans, alginate impressions, and stone model preparation), transcribing treatment notes, and scheduling future appointments. Assist the doctor in new patient exams as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Dental Assistant training required, Orthodontics experience preferrable RDA or OA license highly preferred Front & back office experience a plus Enthusiasm & willingness to learn Friendly personality Strong hand eye coordination with attention to detail Strong communication skills Efficient multi-tasking & time management skills Integrity & respect for patient confidentiality Dolphin management & Dolphin imaging software experience a plus!
Compensation:
$28hr-$40hr (based on experience & qualifications)
Work Hours:
Tuesday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Lunch from 12-1pm. Closed on Mondays.
