The ideal candidate will support our clinical operations by providing exceptional patient care, assisting with dental procedures, sterilizing, and performing coronal polish. The position is Full-Time. We work Monday-Thursday + every other Friday (half day). Responsibilities Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all dental equipment and instruments are properly sterilized according to infection prevention management protocols Take digital dental x-rays in accordance with dental sterilization procedures and healthcare infection prevention standards Manage patient information using dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft (familiarity is a plus) Perform coronal polish procedures following certification requirements Maintain a thorough understanding of dental terminology, equipment, and procedures to support clinical operations effectively Support the team in maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our pediatric focus Requirements Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting, preferably with pediatric patients Certification in coronal polishing is required Certification in X-ray procedures is required Familiarity with dental terminology, equipment, and infection control practices necessary Ability to operate patient management software; experience with Eaglesoft is a plus Strong desire to learn and grow within the dental field Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach toward patients of all ages Join our team if you are passionate about providing quality pediatric dental care in a fun, supportive environment!
