Come join a busy private practice where your skills will actually be used. All Seasons Dental is a two-dentist, privately owned general dental practice with locations in Pueblo and Rocky Ford . We provide a wide range of dentistry, including restorative care, crown and bridge, endodontics, dentures and partials, implant restorations, and other comprehensive dental services. We are looking for an experienced EDDA who can step into a busy clinical environment, take ownership of their role, and become an important part of our team. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have experience with many of the following: Expanded-duty restorative procedures Placement and finishing of composite restorations Crown and bridge assisting Fabrication of temporary crowns and bridges Traditional dental impressions Restorative implant impressions Implant abutment, crown, and bridge delivery Locator attachments for implant dentures Denture and partial denture procedures Sealant placement Taking diagnostic-quality dental radiographs Four-handed dentistry and efficient chairside assisting Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical flow Sterilization and infection-control procedures Accurate documentation in the patient record You do not have to be perfect at every procedure on this list. If you have strong EDDA skills, a solid clinical foundation, and are willing to learn, we are happy to train the right person in areas where additional experience is needed. The Person We Want We are looking for someone who: Has hands-on dental assisting and EDDA experience Is dependable and understands how important reliable attendance is in a dental practice Works efficiently without sacrificing patient care Takes initiative and sees what needs to be done Communicates well with patients, doctors, and coworkers Can handle a busy schedule and keep procedures moving Is willing to help teammates when needed Takes pride in doing excellent clinical work Wants a position where they can continue learning and expanding their skills Two Locations, One Team This position requires the ability and willingness to work at both our Pueblo and Rocky Ford offices based on the clinical schedule. Employees traveling between communities for scheduled coverage receive an additional $35 per day , which is approximately $4.37 per hour on an eight-hour day , in addition to their regular hourly wage. Reliable transportation is required. Schedule Full-time is preferred, approximately 30 to 38 hours per week. We operate primarily Monday through Friday with no weekends . Compensation $20 to $24 per hour , based on experience, clinical skills, and ability to perform expanded duties. Additional travel compensation applies when working across communities.
