• Key Responsibilities Provide chairside clinical support during orthodontic procedures Utilize digital 3D scanners and radiographic equipment Capture high-quality diagnostic records Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with HIPAA Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Prepare and break down treatment rooms following strict sterilization protocols Anticipate doctor needs to maintain efficient appointment flow Contribute to a positive, team-centered culture Qualifications Minimum 1 year dental office experience (required) Orthodontic experience preferred X-ray certification preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with digital systems and modern technology Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented Growth mindset and willingness to be coached We are happy to further train the right dental professional who aligns with our values and commitment to patient care.
