Inside Sales Support We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Support specialist to assist our sales team in driving revenue and delivering exceptional service to prospective and existing clients. In this role, you'll support the sales process by preparing quotes, managing CRM data, coordinating with vendors, and helping streamline communications between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced IT services environment and has experience working with MSP sales operations or similar technology-based offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Support- Prepare and manage sales quotes, proposals, and order forms for hardware, software, and managed services.
- Assist in RFP/RFI responses, renewals, and client onboarding documentation.
- Support contract tracking and ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up to date. CRM & Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ConnectWise Sell), including contacts, opportunities, and activities.
- Track sales activity metrics and generate pipeline and performance reports as needed.
- Follow up on outstanding proposals and coordinate renewals or upgrades. Client & Vendor Coordination
- Communicate with vendors for pricing, product availability, and deal registrations.
- Support communication between the sales team, service delivery, procurement, and clients to ensure smooth order processing and implementation.
- Help schedule discovery calls, demos, and other client-facing meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or sales administration—preferably in an IT, MSP, or technology services environment.
- Familiarity with quoting tools (e.g., ConnectWise Sell/Quosal, QuoteWerks) and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
