West Orange Dental Studio | Oakland, FL | Opening November 2026 We are a brand new dental practice on the west side of Orange County in Oakland, a few minutes from downtown Winter Garden. Not a chain, not corporate. This is a building we took from an empty shell, and we're building an amazing team, one person at a time. This is the dental assistant role. You will be next to me for nearly every procedure we do, and in a practice this size, that's not a small job! You set the pace of the day, and you'll have a lot of responsibility, but we'll make sure you're more than prepared to perform well. Clayton Little, DMD, Founder What you will do Assist chairside for a wide range of procedures: fillings, crowns, implants, extractions, and Invisalign Set up and turn over operatories so the day stays on time Take digital x-rays, CBCT scans, and iTero intraoral scans Take impressions and fabricate temporaries as you are trained Chart accurately and keep clinical notes current in our software Go over post-op instructions and answer patient questions with warmth Own sterilization, infection control, and day to day OSHA compliance Help stock and order supplies, and help build our clinical systems from scratch Pitch in wherever the day needs it and stay flexible. Who we are looking for A year or more of chairside dental assisting experience is preferred Florida dental radiography certification, or willing to complete it before we open. Expanded functions is a requirement Current CPR certification, or willing to get it Calm hands and a calm voice. Plenty of our patients will be nervous, and you are the person they look to for resolve Comfortable learning software. Experience with Oryx Dental Software is preferred but not required, and you will receive on the job training for the software Tech savvy. We use digital x-rays, CBCT, intraoral scanning, digital forms, and other dental software to streamline our day to day operations. Training provided on anything you have not used Organized enough to catch the small things and proactive enough to fix them before they become bigger problems Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus What we offer Competitive pay: $23 to $27 an hour depending on experience and fit

we will start out open T/W/Th, 7AM - 5PM. We will add Mondays next year
