About Brush Brush is a modern, high-energy dental studio built differently. We're not a corporate chain. We're not a slow-moving traditional practice. We're a tech-forward, patient-first studio designed for growth — and we're looking for the right people to grow with us. We're opening our doors in Lawrenceville and we want to build a team that reflects the community we serve. The Role We're hiring one Dental Assistant to serve as a clinical and patient experience cornerstone of our team. This is a flex role — meaning you'll work chairside AND play a key part in front-of-office patient communication, and treatment plan presentation. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and want a position where no two days are exactly the same, this is it.
What You'll Do Clinical:
Assist the doctor chairside across general, cosmetic, and emergency procedures Take X-rays (digital), prepare operatories, manage sterilization protocols Support expanded functions (preferred): impressions, temporary placement, sealants
Patient Communication:
Present treatment plan presentations and post-op instructions Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care Flex /
Front Office Support:
Assist with patient intake, scheduling coordination, and insurance verification as needed Support a smooth patient flow experience from arrival to checkout What We're Looking For Dental Assistant experience preferred — expanded duties experience a strong plus X-ray certification (or willingness to obtain) High energy, reliable, team-first attitude Someone who takes ownership — not just does the minimum Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Weekend availability a plus (not required) — we do offer emergency/urgent care hours Compensation & Perks $20-$24/hr based on experience and expanded duties Bonus potential tied to practice performance Paid time off (accrual-based) Real growth opportunity — we are actively building leadership within our team.
