OFF What You'll Do As a Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in both patient care and the smooth operation of our practice. Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare, set up, and break down treatment rooms Help patients feel comfortable and cared for before, during, and after treatment Provide patients with appropriate post-operative instructions and guidance Take high-quality digital radiographs Sterilize instruments and maintain excellent infection-control standards Perform basic dental laboratory procedures Maintain accurate and organized patient records using Dentrix Monitor and maintain dental supply inventory Help maintain a clean, organized, efficient, and welcoming clinical environment Communicate effectively with the dentist, team members, and patients What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has Dental Assisting experience (preferred, but we are willing to train the right person) Is dependable, responsible, and takes pride in their work Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is organized and attentive to detail Has a positive, team-oriented attitude Treats patients with kindness, patience, and respect Is willing to learn and continuously improve Can anticipate what the dentist and team needs and take initiative Takes infection control and patient safety seriously

Qualifications:

Dental Assistant experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Commitment to providing high quality patient care Chinese language skills are a plus. What We Offer We believe that a great team deserves to be treated well.

We offer:

• 28+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications. This means starting pay for NO experience is $21/hour, with opportunities for increases as you develop proficiency, take on additional responsibilities, and demonstrate strong performance. Experienced assistants qualify for a higher starting wage.
