We thrive by providing patient-centered care in a relaxed and comfortable office. We are looking to add a Registered Dental Assistant to our dental practice. The practice is rapidly growing and we are seeing a positive, hard-working, and motivated dental assist. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organization skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work independently. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Prepare exam rooms and instruments for use during patient care Prepare patients for treatments and examinations Assist dentist during procedures, anticipating his/her needs Assist with digital charting Complete lab tasks Assist with scheduling of patients Perform expanded functions and other tasks assigned by dentist. Review of post op instructions, treatment images, and ensure patients' questions are thoroughly answered. Disinfect treatment rooms and sterilize all equipment.
Qualifications:
Current registered dental assisting (RDA) license required. Preferred two years as a registered dental assistant performing chairside dental care. Experience administering dental x-ryas Technical skills and proficiency with dental software. Exceptional patient service and communication skills. Ability to respond positively to constructive feedback and direction. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
