One Stop Dental is Hiring! We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental assisting and dental office management , excellent customer service skills, and hands-on experience with insurance verification and dental insurance processes . Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and manage the dental assisting team to ensure an efficient and positive clinical environment. Assist with daily office operations and help maintain smooth patient flow. Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, coverage, deductibles, and limitations. Work closely with the front office and billing teams to ensure accurate insurance information and maximize patient understanding of their benefits. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every patient. Address patient questions and concerns professionally and help resolve issues when needed. Assist the doctor and clinical team as needed and maintain high standards of patient care. Train, mentor, and support dental assistants and help ensure compliance with office protocols. Monitor supplies, equipment, sterilization procedures, and clinical organization. Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture. Support scheduling, workflow, and other administrative responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience is preferred. Previous dental management or dental leadership experience is strongly preferred. Experience with dental insurance verification and benefit breakdowns . Strong understanding of dental terminology and common dental procedures. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental office. Professional, dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Experience with dental practice management software is a plus.
