Benevis Dental seeks a Lead Dental Assistant to guide clinical support in a busy, patient-focused practice. In this role, you'll assist dentists chairside, prepare rooms, manage sterilization and supplies, and help ensure strict infection control. You will mentor and schedule assistants, support staff training, and coordinate closely with the front office to maintain efficient patient flow.
