- Warmly greet patients and help them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and set up instrumentation between appointments
- Assist the dentist chair‑side with instruments, suction, and chair positioning
- Take digital X‑rays and accurately document patient charts maintaining confidentiality (HIPAA)
- Perform infection control per
OSHA/CDC
standards
- Support administrative tasks: scheduling, phone triage, and patient check-in/out
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and general dental health What We're Looking For
